SERVICE POLICIES

At TEN2TEN, INC., we are committed to providing high-quality legal consulting, software development, and music production services. These policies outline our service terms, payment procedures, refunds, and cancellations. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars) through our secure payment system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For larger projects, we may require a deposit or milestone payments as outlined in your specific contract or invoice.

2. REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy varies by service type:

2.1 Legal Consulting Services

Due to the professional nature of legal consulting, once services have been rendered, they are non-refundable. For prepaid retainer agreements, unused portions may be refundable at our discretion, less an administrative fee of 15%.

2.2 Software Development

For custom software development:

• If cancellation occurs before development begins, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee may be provided.

• If cancellation occurs during development, refunds will be prorated based on work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee.

• Once development is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2.3 Music Production Services

For studio time and music production services:

• Deposits for booking studio time are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions with at least 48 hours' notice.

• No refunds will be provided for completed recording or production sessions.

• For producer services, once production has begun, payments are non-refundable but deliverables for completed work will be provided based on the percentage of payment received.

3. DELIVERY POLICY

Our service delivery timelines vary by project scope:

3.1 Legal Consulting

Turnaround times for legal documents, reviews, and consultations will be outlined in your agreement. Standard consultations are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days of booking.

3.2 Software Development

Development timelines are project-specific and will be detailed in your contract. We provide regular milestone updates throughout the development process. Upon completion, deliverables will be provided in the format specified in your agreement.

3.3 Music Production

Studio sessions are scheduled based on availability and booked in advance. Initial mixing and mastering deliverables are typically provided within 7-14 business days after session completion, depending on project complexity.

We make every effort to meet established deadlines. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will communicate promptly with updated timelines.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Legal Consulting Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled consultation cost.

4.2 Software Development Projects

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms will be governed by your specific contract, including any applicable termination fees or payment for work completed to date.

4.3 Studio Bookings

Studio cancellations require 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. No-shows forfeit the full booking fee.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise specified in your contract:

• For legal consulting, confidentiality is maintained, but document templates and general legal strategies remain the intellectual property of TEN2TEN, INC.

• For software development, upon full payment, clients receive licensing rights as specified in their agreement. Source code ownership will be explicitly defined in your contract.

• For music production, master recording ownership is transferred upon full payment, but beat and instrumental production may have different licensing terms based on your specific agreement.

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Please note the following important limitations:

• Legal consulting services do not constitute attorney-client relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate retainer agreement.

• Software development services include a defined scope of work and number of revisions as specified in your contract.

• Music production services are limited to the hours, equipment, and personnel specified in your booking agreement.

7. CHANGES TO POLICIES

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
